Ingredients: 

1 fresh mango (peeled) (or about 1-11⁄2 cups frozen)
11⁄2 medium bananas (peeled) (frozen, if desired)
1 cup coconut water
2 handfuls of org. spinach
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Directions: 

Blend fruit and coconut water together. Add the remaining ingredients and bled till smooth.
